Thanks for the responses. R2i destination for us can be state A(inlaws) or state B. In state A, we are OBCs. In state B where I was educated we are not and belong to the Open category. If having USC disqualifies us anyway, then atleast from reservation point of view for us there is no advantage in ...

If all members of a family have dual citizenship and R2i, can the children get the benefits of "OBC category" if one of the parents happens to be an OBC when he/she was Indian?

I have a 15 month old child with peanut and egg food allergy. She tested positive in both the blood and skin tests for these items. Will this problem get worse after r2i?
