2 women molested by a mob of 70

In my opinion, no place is safe at 01:45 AM. If you are out at two in the morning you will surely come against some wierd/bad/homeless/whatever-you-wanna-call-it people. This is not related to India it could happen anywhere. If it was US, they would be found with bullets in their head.

MT: Book Reviews and suggestions
hetal18 you are right. Forsyth is not exactly science fiction. I would rate him more of an investigative journalist. I have only read 5 of his books - Day of the jackle, Dogs of war, Odessa file, 4th protocol and No comebacks. None of them are science based.
If you like ...

Which bank to choose for NRE acct?

I have an NRE account in State Bank of India, Mumbai, Borivili(West) branch. I use their online services to transfer money and check my account. I am pretty satisfied with the way things are with SBI. However, I never had to deal with their customer service or anybody once the account was opened. I ...

Salaries - Indian companies in the US

$2100 is peanuts in NJ. Decent one-bedroom apartment in NJ costs around 1100 - 1300 $/month. Then you need money to travel if you work in NYC or have to drive around. It's like 250-300 $/month. I have not calculated food, heat, gas, car, insurance, entertainment, shopping etc.

MT: Forex, Money Transfer to India services, exchange rates

I am not sure about wire transfer, but I use onlinesbi.com. You can check the rates on their web site. They also have some restrictions on the amount of money you can transfer to India.

How much amount are you looking to transfer?
