How about the choice of buying the car in U.S.A and shipping it back to india...I believe there will be no duties on it under the assumption that one is migrating to India for good.

I have a question regarding whether to buy a car in India or buying a car in U.S.A and shipping it to India when one does R2I. Apparently there are no duties on the car when you go back to India for good.
