Congratulaions on the offer. It looks reasonable for 3 years of experience for 7 lacks. you really can not compare your salary in USA. anything above 50% of your US payis good. I got the similar offer and moving back to india next month.

The change is due to the splitting of the department for better management and hence i will have to manage a team of around 25 people. The prospective company supplies high-end engineering services in automotive area.

Most of the companies in India including MNCs give international relocation benefits, which includes flight tickets to you and family plus total household stuffs moving. In my offer, they are offering me flight tickets along with the container booked by the company. hope this helps.
