You probably need a local person to act as a secretary to the company with a local address. There are companies that can do this for a fee. You can start with "The company Corporation" . You can google and find it on the web.They are the Market leaders for company incorporation

I think instead of becoming too patriotic- Look at the issue. If India has a global outreach it better start looking for these comments coming from all quarters.
