IBM Salaries - Band 9/10

Besides the obvious difference in base salaries, am curious to know if bands 9 & 10 are offered any additional benefits relative to the lower bands. Does IBM cover relocation expenses for R2Iers?

More like 7th standard - I don't know what it's like these days in Indian schools, but in my schooldays history wasn't taught until the 6th grade.
