PoofyGoofle,
We moved to HYD from the US more than 2 years back. Kids are in 6th and 2nd grades in a CBSE schoo now. Soon we will be moving to Chennai. I could not access Sunshine schools's website. Can you provide the contact number for the school? Thanks in advance.

We have had a lot of interest on the car and rental house, but nothing for the van- not even enquiries. As a last resort, we have to reduce the price or just take it to a dealer. The friend who wanted to rent our house can move in only in mid June; We'll keep looking for other tenants and if nothing ...
Yes it is definitely a good idea, especially if your house is older than 10 years and you are managing the house from overseas. I had AHS in my previous house, and had to make a service call one time for a broken shower handle. The handle was broken and the water was seeping ...
Even if you hire a property manager, the cost of all the repairs will still be your responsibility. In most cases, you leave a certain amount of money in an escrow account, and the property manager will use that for any expenses encountered. It all depends on how old your house ...
That's a good idea. Read their agreement carefully as my last agreement with them had some caps like $1500/- per issue etc. But it's better than having nothing. Also one gets prompt service and doesn't need to run around for contractors when something happens.
Our house ...
