My understanding is that Aadhar card similar to SSN here in US.

SSN - any H1-B holder can get it.
Aadhar - any NRI with Foreign passport should get it..

Is that not the case?

From the past 3 days, the stock market is going down because of various reasons. Is it better to move out from stocks to cash in 401k and 529 accounts? This is to protect gains from the bull market.

Austin might be the next Bay Area.
RTP area might be the next Bay Area.

This stock is hammered like anything. with china trade war, MU effected a lot. Long term, it is a good bet IMO.
