For a 10.25% interest rate for 15 years (NRI) the EMI repayment is Rs 1090 per lakh. This I believe will start once the final disbursement of the loan is complete by the financial institution to the builder. However HDFC , I believe has a Pre-EMI called Tranche EMI as Quoted below from HDFC website ...

Can the experts on this forum start off a discussion on the subject with pros and cons of the private banks vs public banks .
