10L is a very low offer. Do not take it with a idea of coming to India with that job and later move to another good job. Your USP is US degree with 5 years of US exp. but with a low datum of current salary it would be very difficult to try with higher pay once you land up in India. I R2I in 2006 ...

Yes you may want to come with that spirit and try it out. We R2I in 2006. Tried and tried and mentally preparing to go back. In my opinion there is only on reason which is EMOTIONAL to R2I. Taking of parents, raising chidren in Indian way, belongingness etc... only look good for discussion the fact ...

Most of the years are in vehicle development - interiors, safety, BIW. Also worked in areas of CAE and manufacture.
