Yesterday, we took our kids to a facility with go-carting. We were in the line waiting for our turn and I have seen at least two Indians using cell phones with one hand while driving go-cart with the other, perhaps responding to their friends on WhatsApp !!! :102:

Minor with new passport - help

Carrying old passport with the new one should works. I have done this multiple times for my kids although with PIO. I think same rules apply for OCI as well.
