You would have to bargain. The HR there has tendency to undercut offers drastically to start with.

I have some friends in this org. VP/SVP base range alone goes from 40-75L easily. if you are returning from US, the better negotiation is to get atleast 80% of your US salary in INR here as base. Lots of the senior guys have this range and most of them moved from US.

The folks from services firms with 2.5 years experience will make 60-65K USD if they move to USA , 70K SGD in Singapore. So this offer is not at all a competitive offer ...
