Sorry to butt in but are you saying that India overproduces bodies at least as fast as the USA prints dollars?

I am a US citizen with OCI card. We returned from Pune recently and were able to get a LPG cylinder right away by purchasing a stove from the dealer. We needed ID(PAN card) and address proof (Index II of apartment purchase agreement). Hope this helps.
