Yes I work in IT and into project management. I have worked from home several days. Infact they had even let me work from home one whole year when I was having my baby. They have agreed to let me work remotely. It is just matter of salary negotiation.

It is possible for me to continue working with the same US company and work remotely in India. They are planning on a pay cut and am in the process of negotiation. Would appreciate if you could through some light on possible negotiation. What percent of pay cut is expected?

I was wondering if we get gas tank in India that are compatible with the ones we use here in US. We grill here often and would like to carry it with us if possible.
