goodluck and provide updates in this forum if time permits. Agree with your view points but nowadays they don't send folks onsite for years together or months together like they used to do earlier. even if it's a small stint try to see if it may benefit you in any way and decide. after a year or two ...

Since most of your exp profile is mainframe they're giving a bit low. But 15L for 6 yrs US and 10 years total experience isn't bad either. Around 18 or 19 would have been better.
