I am surprised this kind of offer from Infosys. This is a very low offer and don't take it. Try other companies where there is a better demand for your skills set.

It depends on the skills set you have i.e. are you a PM, Consultant, Technical, etc. But I could say that you will fit into Band 8 or 9.
