Say if one parent lives in state for a year, and child gets admission for UG in that state from India after completing 12th in India, is it considered in-state admission.

After speaking with student who is going to Berkeley here is more info.
1. She got her main coaching from institution called reachivy in Mumbai. These folks are good 99% get into 1 of the top schools in US.
2. For SAT training she went to questforsuccess in jayanagar.
