Here is my home-alone quick dinner from last night. Turned the stove on, put a non-stick pan and added very little olive oil to the pan. Added half onion + 1 red potato with skin + some cabbage + 2 spoonfulls of wheat flour + crushed red chilli + salt along with a little water into the magic bullet ...
