Thanks Dr. Ortho. I will consult an Orthopod as suggested. As a follow up to my original question, do you have an opinion on the Rolfing technique (structural integration) for correcting the spinal issue (lower back ache and also the pop sound coming from right hip) that I have? Please advise.
