Hi,

Need some help on buying 32" TV around $300-400 budget. Saw some visio models but heard that Visio is having screen flickering issues.
Searched this forum but no luck on suggestion from other threads which discuss about bigger flat screen TVs.

Check out Samsung if you are looking for LCDs. Best in class for LCD (source: extensive research on the internet). If going for over 42" go for Plasma Panasonic. No clue for LED but you wont get anything close to LED for 400$

You can keep looking at deal websites like slickdeals.net. You may be able to get a 40 or 42 inch plasma or LCD for $400 to $450.
