How soon once can R2I after I-485 applied?

I am not sure if this is the correct platform to ask these questions but try anyways....first of all current visa bulletin sucks and put off my plans...but I still want to inquire these things..

1) Lets say my priority date gets current in November'2012 for EB-2 and apply for I-485, how much time it takes to get EAD and GC?
2) How much more time we need after getting GC to R2I with re-entry permit
3) Can we R2I with EAD and still have option to R2A?
4) Also I know H-1 is employer based, but my H-1 is currently till Jan 2014. So lets say if I R2I now but decide to R2A before Jan 2014,can any employer easily hire me with just H-1B transfer or I have to go through the H-1B quota and october timeline again?

Please answer as this will help me plan my R2I.

R2I on EAD is a better option than GC as that way all you need to do is come backl every 2 years and renew the EAD and Advance Parole. This will keep the door open for you.
