most kids can move under the age of 12 after teen years it's difficult to adjust to new country but thing will vary from kids to kids.

According to me - 3 years. Before the child and parents see and experience the Kindergarten. Before the child picks up an accent, before the child understands what is going on. The age when the top priority for a child is candy! :))

I agree. Less than 3 to 4 years is ideal. More time they spend after that, it's going to be more challenging for them to adjust (there may be exceptions).
International move is a big change.

what about under graduation for daughter. In india or usa if the daughter is us citizen. If we take her to india when she is 4 years old and then is it better to send/bring her to usa after undergrad for job? She has usa citizen ship but we are on work visa.

So are you planning R2I? I would say look at your career interests first. There is only so much you can plan.

Many things can change in a decade.
Sending her to USA might be a call you or she need to take a few years before that. It entirely depends on her interest /goal. But she definitely has an option because of US citizenship.

What if she turns out to be a below average student will you still sponsor her education in USA?
The questions are endless.. there is only so much you can plan for.
