Hi there,

When I was introduced to Adarsh Palm Retreat for the first time, I really liked what they did with the whole place. The residential buildings were strategically located within the entire hub, with adequate space for gardens, swimming pools, jogging areas, health centers and gaming centers. The variety of apartments that they showed me were also great and I could easily pick the one that I liked the most. What I liked so much about Adarsh Palm Retreat and their working staff is the cordial way that they handled clients. As soon as I decided to buy the apartment, they helped me with all the steps of the process and make sure that my apartment ownership went smoothly. I would certainly recommend Adarsh Palm Retreat to others.

Hope that helps.

Cheers,
Abhinav Das

We've booked a place at APR, and it's been plagued by delays - over 1 year late and counting. Adarsh is a good builder, but facing the same cash crunch that all builders in India face. I agree with the OP that the community is great. It is very close to Greenwood High - the bus should take no more than 20-30 minutes each way.

But my advice to people looking to live there - either buy a already-built place and remodel it, or rent.
