IF you have some good contacts for a 3BHK rental, please PM me. I am struggling to find a decent place @ 40-45K (package) range.
I've been looking at apartments in Andheri East/ Powai area over the past week and find that the 3BHK rentals there are quoting between 42K-85K package pm. I'm telling you this because I'm assuming that Andheri west would be more expensive than this range. I did find some apartments that were 15-20% less than this but they were in brand new buildings where there is 20-30% occupancy and lots of construction work going on around.
Of all the sites, I found the MagicBricks site to have the most legitimate leads. Brokerage commissions run about one months rent. If you have the luxury of time on your side, try private party rentals through this site before you approach a broker. I have a broker now but have just a couple of days experience with them so cannot vouch for them. If you still need their contact pm me.
