OCI processing in India

I am a Canadian citizen came to India on Entry Visa(x). I applied for OCI in FRRO, Hyderabad on November 5th, 2012. Usaully after the address verification by police how many weeks it may take to process my OCI application. Does this process applies for every OCI applicant or just in few cases in India. Please reply to me anybody.
