Renunciate Certificate Fee and Penalty

Honeyglue : Did you get the OCI done with the cancelled passport and $60 fee , if so it would be helpful if you could let us know how you got the indian passport stamped with the cancellation, we are trying to avoid applying twice first renunciation and then apply for OCI.
