Is OCI card required to sell property in India?

I'm a Canadian citizen and has an agricultural land in India which was inherited from my father long time back back when I was an Indian citizen. I do have PAN. I'm planning to sell this land in India and for thus, do I need an OCI card?

No you don't need Oci card to sell a property.

My understanding is if one is not Indian citizen they cannot buy agricultural land.
since you inherited the rules maybe different but it seems you might hav some time after becoming Canadian citizen to sell agricultural land.

If you have adhaar card or drivers license with Indian address, you can use them as ID proof. I have done this multiple times.
