Go to "R2I DILEMMA" posts and see a few examples of how people describe their specific situation. Then you'd see a lot of posts in response. That ought to give you an idea of how to creating an OPENING POST so as to elicit many responses.

Hi ,

I am based just east of Toronto for last 13 years now want to return back to Mumbai for good. I am trying to find jobs in Mumbai /Pune area preferably in IT project management but I didn't receive much response via monster , naukri and even via linkedin . But not getting much of a response.

Can some one share their job search experience , tips , references for recruiters ?
