Shipping and Salary suggestions

Hi,
Looking for suggestions for r2i-ans.

1. Shipping carton boxes
I have a couple of boxes of books and clothes. Total weight approx 100lbs.
I don't need it right away in India. What is a reliable and cost effective way to get it there?
(If someone is shipping a container from Dallas to S.India (pref b'lore), please PM me - I will pay for the boxes)

2. Salary range
I have a Masters degree and 7 years of experience.
The role I will move into is managing about 8-10 people and leading a project.
Company - MNC Aerospace
What is a reasonable range to expect? yrs of experience x1.5 to x2.5? (10.5L to 17.5L)
I'm sure some R2Ians must be Managers leading big teams. Can someone please suggest numbers so I can narrow that range?
