Folks,

I'd like to send a small package, weighing less than 1 lb to Hyderabad. I checked the rates with Fedex, ups and bluedart/dhl by going on their respective websites and selecting the smallest box. The price was about $110!! (give or take 3-4 dollars either way); the value of what I'm sending is about $10.

Does anyone know of an economical and reliable way of sending a small package to India?

Did you check the regular usps parcel service. They are cheaper compared to fedex / ups and also have tracking options and priority services.
