ALL,
I recently moved to india and took my stuff on conatiner. when container arrived the seal we had put near house was gone a new one was put when we opened the container the boxes were opened and the stuff was stolen.

Not sure if any one has exp with this , i want to know what is done in this situation.
please let me know any one has similar exp.

Not experienced this and probably I would be as bewildered and wonder what to do.

Not in pressure cooker now, I would, I think I should
- Take Photograph without touching the new seal.
- Inform Police (?)
_ Inform Insurance co, if insured. May be ask them what to do.
- Let the shipping company rep break the seal and photograph him/her doing that.
- Photograph the interior from several positions.

But all of that is past.
Perhaps you could still file a FIR with police.

Odd experience. Wouldn't the shipping company rep. be responsible for opening the container ? Where was the shipping manifest copy given to the customer ?
Not enough details in the OP to know whether this experience was something borne out of a bargain deal in shipping. No mention of who the shipping company is, what was in the contract etc..
