Hi, I just finished using this company, Ocean Freight USA, and my experience was HORRIBLE. There are hidden delivery ("processing") fees they don't tell you about. Also, in my case they were late notifying me about my shipment by 1 month, and this caused me to incur another $200+ fee.

I was particularly upset because before the company will release the exact shipping and release information I had to respond to am email agreeing to all extra costs and absolving Ocean Freight USA of any responsibility. I thought it was just business speak when I first read it, so I responded without much thought. Now I am wishing I didn't.

If you already shipped with them then I urge you to be careful and brace for some additional fees. I hope you have better luck than me.

COuld you please tell me what was your quoted price, and how much extra you to pay - i.e. hidden costs

I have got a quote from them, and now I am not sure if I should consider them or not.
