Worst Shipping company for us

Worldwide Shipping is the worst shipping company of all...our first few steps returning to India with packing and shipping with this company is a disaster...First of all they delayed twice in the name of snowstorm, Second they were not upfront about the local shipping charges from our city to the New york Harbor, The company representatives were so particular about collecting the money they forgot that shipment is very important..(i paid them on the same day)
The shipment got palatalized after 1 month, it took close to 100 days from the time we shipped the items from the house. when we called the local coordinating company in India (E2E GLOBAL LINES (I) PVT LTD), they were not sure why it was delayed...They mentioned that the shipment was FORGOTTEN in the shipyard and was picked up 1 month late... after reaching Chennai port they said it will take another 10 days to reach Bangalore Customs yard..Still we haven't received the items ...All they give excuse after excuse...and i am fed up of this company... We are sitting in an empty house in Bangalore with all the goods stuck in Neverland. If we try to call the head office in Worldwide shipping all we get is their Voicemail... My dear friends returning to India, do me a favour and avoid this crappy shipping company..

Dear Sir/Madam, Well, before posting your personal experience on r2i form. I wish you would have contacted some higher authority in our company via email (as you were getting voice mails when you tried to reach us in US) to find out the exact reason for the delay. Anyways with this posting I am unable to verify your contract number or your name. Also we have no intimation of any such delays.I would really appreciate if you could kindly provide your exact name that was given on the contract & if possible please provide our contract #. Once I get the information I will positively reply you immediately with exact position. At this moment we really apologize for all inconvenience caused because of this delay.Please note we are in this shipping industry for the last 18 years & hence we have never ever delayed any one shipment intentionally but sometime things do go beyond human being control (weather, port congesion, technical difficulty in the ship carrying your shipment). Please note if this delay has been caused due to shipping line negligence then please rest assured we would definitely ask shipping line to compensate some amount you for the delay. Once again pls provide me your name exactly on the contract or contract number so that I can investigate personally & find out the reason for the delay. This is ridiculous...you expect folks who have already paid to run behind you and the higher up babus in your company because your customer service is crappy??? Man some expectations you have..firstly your dont provide any clarity on soemon'e shipment and then on top expect him/her to contact some babus at the top...for what??? you want some more money?

Noone is saying your firm delays shipments intentionally...what people want is transparency and clarity....noone gonna hold a gun to your head if the ports are shut...but dont you think it would help people if you just told them that and did that promptly?

Shyam Kumar - By reading the experiences of 2 customers on similer tone. It looks like your company is a crap and we should all stay away from your company when comes to shipping to India.
