Transfer property title

My father helped me buy some land while I was away from India and it was registered under his name. Of course the money is mine 100%. Now I am going to India for vacation.

1. What is the safe way to transfer the title to my name? Do I have to register the property to my name with my father's help?
2. In this process, will I face any legal issues from my siblings (sisters) ?

If this is already discussed here, please point me to the thread.
Thanks

Since your father did not inherit this property, your siblings cannot have any claims and your father has the right to give that property to whoever he wants to.
Check with a good lawyer as to what is the best way to transfer the property to you. It has to be registered in a sub-registrar office anyway..I would think that gift deed is the best way, but I heard that it carries some income tax implications. Any lawyer who specializes in property matters should be able to guide you since this seems to be pretty straight forward transaction.
