Hello members,

I need your input to buy some agricultural land in A.P. I am a GC holder and planning to buy some agri land in A.P as we may return to india in 6-7 years.

Are they any restrictions for NRIs to buy agri land in A.P( i know rules differ from state to state, that's why i mentioned A.P)?

Please let me know the options i have to purchase this land?

Any NRI(H1, GC etc) is not eligible to buy Agri land in any part of India according to the rules.
