Hey all,
I am looking for carpenter in Pune..can anybody recommend one?
Also i want to decorate my house so looking for wallpapers to accentuate walls..does anybody know any outlets where i can find some good patterns...

No, i am planning a day trip there..going with notepad and all..note down few things....will spend whole day there and nail few things..setting up house in India is tough..but i plan to make it fun..don't know how though..i may find god sooner than carpenter........i can get Amitabh Bachhan and Salman khan together for tea in Sonia Gandhi's house if i try but cant find a carpenter who actually picks the phone...or who actually comes to give estimate as promised...amazing na?

True..other times when carpenters are out of work they will call asking for work...
I visited Ishanya mall last month. You can probably furnish youe entire house with items from there (it is bit expensive but one time shop). There is fab India where you can buy curtains, also there was one store especially for furnishing. Its a spread out mall. Wear flat footwear.
