Healthy eating options near Ghaziabad(preferable delivery)

Trying to help family members dealing with crisis. And wondering if there are hotels/mess which provide healthy options like Chapathi/roti , Dal and Vegetable curry - home made style (not hotel style loaded with spice and oil).

There is one joint we already know which sells Litti/Bati-Chokha , where they server whole wheat roasted balls(Litti/Bati) with mashed eggplant (chokha).

Any other place you know in east Delhi/North Noida/Ghaziabad which serve food similar to home made?
