Farukhnagar

Does anyone have any information about Farukhnagar, Gurgaon property scope and land prices, etc. I see that Pataudi has come under HUDA, but Farukhnagar is closer to Gurgaon and also be better connected once the KMP and Dwarka Eway are ready to use.
