I used to live in Mumbai but its been a while since I have gone back there to visit. I am wondering what are the best shopping areas these days in Mumbai that are accessible from Dadar and Santacruz areas. I am not looking for hifi shopping malls with high priced stores but good bargain and the old fashioned stores and shops. I am already familar with Linking Road, Elko Arcade, Bhulabai Desai road. I am looking for more newer places along the same lines. I don't mind the big malls too. But I went to crossroads the last time and there was nothing concrete there. Can mumbaikars please suggest good shopping areas in Mumbai. Thanks.

got the hypermart next to inorbit mall malad(w). You will find everything there and I'm not kidding

There is Infiniti mall in Andheri(W). They also have nice movie theater

goto alfa shops in vile parle.. you wil get good deals on mobile phones and range of other stuff.. that road has excellent designer boutiques for bridal wear too , at really decent prices..
