well...for me...an awesome nite in mumbai use to be draft beer at cafe modegar (until it shut down:)) and then having dinner at the bade miyans thela in the galli behind mondegar. bole to...jhakhaas.

I don't remember seeing you there!! Where were you?? :)
Right On!! Beer is good enough over there any time of the season and then sneak into Bade Miyan's dhaba to hog on rumali roti and seekh kabab...man I miss that...hope that place is still there and thriving...

or maybe enjoy fried pomfret, fish curry with neer dosa at Mahesh Lunch home either in town or at Juhu or fried bombay ducks at Gazali in Vile Parle.

I also used to enjoy draft beer at Mondegar and the tandoori chicken at Bade Miyan or the biryani at delhi durbar in town. My office used to be near Radio Club and we used to frequent all the restaurants and pubs in that area.

I wish they had some of these good indian sea food restaurants in the US.
