op's incident 1 reminded me of the Mumbai Bhel puri vendor using self-made water in his sauce.
Inc2, banana peel on track is atleast biodegradable.
Inc3 results in water insoluble plugs , making those monsoon floods in the city more unbearable.
OP makes a passing comment on the influx (of people)....may be floods can keep them out :wink
If there are bag-carrying gandhians out & about in the city, some might yell "OOii...Come here...&..pick this ". or. " hey.... Over there...you missed that"
