Need a 3 bed / 3 bath apartment in Sarjapur Rd / ORR

Post by rknk0220 »

We are R2I in June 2011 begininnig. I have enrolled my kids in India International school and my office in Ecospace on ORR. I am now looking for an apartment per the following:

1) I am looking for a 3 bed / 3 bath or 3 bed / 2 bath...on Sarjapur Rd / Outer Ring Rd.
2) Ideally in one of the following complexes: Springfield, Divyasree Elan, Akme Harmony, Adarsh Palm Retreat.
3) budget is 27-28K per month including maintenance.
4) I am looking for the following amenities in the complex: swimming pool, gated community, security at gate, palying area, club house. Either Cauvery water or borewell + tanker water....if only tanker water, then I would skip that apt complex.
5) I need the apt from June begining (between 1-10th).
6) Avoid ground and top floor. Also, I will bring my furniture...so need an unfurnished apt.

Thanks.

Show up in Bangalore with a cheque book. You'll find many around Sarjapur road. Or check Craigslist bangalore :)

Most of the apts in that area survive on borewells + tankers. I am not aware of ANY apt with Cauvery water in this area. And with severe water crises this summer, even areas that get Cauvery water in other parts of Bangalore had to rely on bores and/tankers.
Incase you are very specific about Cauvery water, you can look at Koramangala and or HSR layout as well.
