Suggest good apartments around Vibgyor High Banglore

You can consider the apartments on the Varthur main road, as well as Brookfield/ITPL road (within 2kms):
- Purva Rivera
- Purva Fountain Square
- Rohan Vasantha
- Spring Beauty (Brookfield)
- Sriram Samruddhi
The rentals in these apartments range from 25k - 30k for a 3bhk, semi funished (wardrobes, kitchen cabinets etc) This is inclusive of maint. amt. which is close to 3.5 to 4.5k.
There are some smaller complexes also close to Vibgyor, they may not have play area etc, and rentals will be lesser. Please check Sulekha, magicbricks etc to get a fair idea of rentals - the areas you need to choose will be Kundalahalli, Brookfield, AECS layout and Marathahalli. If its a direct owner, they may negotiate the rates for families.
