We built our dream home in 2012 as we were planning to return to India and settle down. Unfortunately, we have decided otherwise & will not be able to return to India. So planning to sell our dream home in India as we are planning to buy our primary in US.

Somebody who is willing to spend 5+Cr on a house would want it to customized according to their needs. Also RE market is not in its best shape right now.

IMHO you'll probably end up taking a loss if you try to sell now.
