Looking for pediatrician in Koramangala area

Hello,
We are looking for a good pediatrician in Koramangala area for 3 year old. We are also open to suggestions in nearby area.
So far we have been to Dr Nagarajan a couple of times. He is a good doctor - meaning he can diagnose accurately, he won't prescribe antibiotics for no reason, etc. But the wait time is never less than 1 hour. The main reason is that, he gives precedence to people whom he knows. So no matter whether you have an appointment, if some patient shows up who has good rapport with Doctor, he can cut the line. Also the waiting room is small, and the receptionist keeps shushing my 3 year old. What can a small kid do when there is hardly any room to sit, no toys to play, and waiting time is more than 1 hour?
We also heard mixed reviews about Dr Chinappa. Most people like him. But we heard one incident where he examined, and advised someone to take out tonsils right away. The couple took their child to another doctor they knew (1 hour away from Koramangala), and he advised them to wait for one day & told them there won't be any need to take out tonsils. Indeed the child got better w/o taking out tonsils.
Anyways, the above incidents are to give you idea about what names we know, and what our expectations are. Let your suggestions come through. Thanks.
