New investment idea..

Guys,

I came to know this through a agri consultant who went for some analysis to a farm in Barampur, Orissa. He said the cost of the land is 16,500Rs/acre.

The lands are excellent with abundant water facility. He said it will be a real good idea to invest in that price range. It is exactly 7 hrs drive from vizag..He said most of the people from Andhra bought lands there..

My thinking is, if we group of people come togther and try to buy 500 acres, it will be a good investment in long term. Each of us invest less than 10 lkahs and a group of 10 or 12 people, it will be easier to maintain as well by having each of our contacts rotate the visit..

What can u get for 16,500Rs now-a days? Let me know what u guys think..Going alone will not be a wise investment though...

Just think about different approach of investing..

I believe its accessible to NH5. not too sure.. We can find that info if people express their interest in this proposal. One or 2 perople going alone is not at all a wise idea..

i am interested in this.
i am also looking at some lands in AP-Tamil Nadu border near nagalapuram, sathyavedu etc.

Let's see how many are interested in this proposal and we can go from there.. Its not a good idea with just few members. We need a large group to actively monitor as well as to keep our investment low...

My preference is a max budget of 10 lakhs/person. And atleast 10 to 12 members.

Please PM me and we can go from there.. Btw, i am not an agent nor i have any special financial interest in this.. I am also an investor like you.. I just hate bandwagon philosophy..

If we can get some local guys to join this, this proposal will get some steam to move quickly... DMDM, VizagDesi.. What are your thoughts on this espeically being in Vizag physically?

OK. Here is the DEAL. I will pay Rs.25,000 per acre.
The land need NOT be near highways or need NOT have road facility too.
It need NOT have water facility too. It need NOT be furtile land too.
It should be plain land with legal docs.
Please let me know, who ever interested in sellling for the above price.

Do we have any local guys interested in this. With all NRIs this will not work..
I will consider if there is enough momentum from other memebers..
