Drivers License Agent Number?

Hi,

I recently moved to Hyderabad after a long stay in the US. I have a valid US drivers license and I want to get a Telangana license using the US license.

Has anyone done that recently? If you have the number of an agent who helps with the process, pl do share it with the group.

How much should I expect to pay the agent for this process?
