Hi,

I would like to get info about some good apartments in the Miyapur or nearby Area.
I have heard that some of them have severe water shortage problems.
Could someone please share more info about it.

I would also like to get info about the Sentia International School for a 1st standard student.

Thanks,
Ravi

What your budget/requirements ?

I stay in a rented flat in Miyapur and haven't faced any water problems in my apartments till date. Yes there are a couple of days in peak summers when the supply is limited but overall haven't seen a big water problem in this area

Thanks for replying. Our budget is around Rs. 20,000 for a 3 to 4 Bedroom apartment. Up to 22 or 23 thousand would also be OK for a very good 4 Bedroom apartment.

Would you recommend going through a real estate agent? I am assuming that the apartments are put up for lease by individual owners. I don't know if there is a concept of Professional Companies managing the whole complex for primarily rental purpose like in the US. So an agent might have info about all the listings in the area. Normally, how much commission does the agent charges?

Do have info about the Sentia International School in the Miyapur area?

Very near to MIYAPUR bachupalli can be a better option. In bachupalli there is good water facility and good connectivity to Hi-Tech City.

Hi..wanted to share my experience with this venture...
Location wise this is good but there are drawbacks with this project:
1.The builder(subramanyam) is very adamant if you want to negotiate on the price. He has no respect to the customers.
2.Last year in sep/oct this area got flooded with water when it rained heavily. The water from Miyapur lake(near Talkie town) flows very next to this building and it became so difficult to cross this road either by walk or by vehicle.
3.If this continues everytime then this project is a mere waste of money.
4.The small road leading to this building from the main road is already heavily crowded all the time.Imagine if another 180 apartments(ushodaya) come, then this will be a congested road because there is only one road connecting to this project.

These are my research points on this project. Now its your decision if you want to go ahead with this project...

That is way too expensive for Miyapur....You will get a good 3 BHK with all wood work in a good society for 14 - 15K inclusive of maintenance in Miyapur.
