Hi

We are palnning to move to Hyd in may 2008. My daughter in allergic to dairy, eggs, nuts.

I was wondering if any one knows if I can find Soy milk and other soy related things in Hyd like soy yogurt, soy ice cream, soy cheese etc?

I have seen soy milk in the super markets, but not sure about the other products.

My kids are also allergic to regular milk in US, but they did not have any problem with buffalo milk in Hyd.

Many adults are intolerant to lactose present in milk.
that is they do not have enzymes to dijest lactose
a kind of sugar present milk. I think they might not
have any problem with yogurt/curd.
In US some people take lactose pills along with milk.
Soy is OK. But nutritionally cow milk and Soy milk are
not one and the same. However Cow milk and Yogurt are the
same. Once they like yogurt there is no problem.
You can make fruit yogurt. You can check any health
web site you can get tons of info.
