India home loan(pre-EMI) - USC living in India - US tax implications?

I am a USC living in India. I took a home loan from SBI in January 2010 , for which I'm paying preEMI until I get possession of my flat, hopefully later this year.

The question - is any part of my preEMI deductible when I file my US taxes?
